My name is Māris Andžāns. I am a political scientist from Latvia. I work for the Center for Geopolitical Studies Riga and Riga Stradins University. I have been a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University, a Fellow at the Academy of International Affairs NRW in Germany, and a Visiting Fulbright Scholar at Johns Hopkins University.
